What is the minimum contract length?
Project-based work has no minimum term — you pay for the scope agreed. Retainers and SaaS subscriptions have a 12-month minimum term, billed monthly. We offer a 10% discount for annual upfront payment.
Can I switch between plans?
Yes. You can upgrade at any time and we will pro-rata the difference. Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle. We will always work with you to find the right fit.
What happens if I need more hours than my retainer includes?
Additional hours are billed at your agreed day rate, pro-rated to the hour. We will always flag if a month is tracking above allocation so there are no surprises.
Do you work outside IR35?
Yes. JDynamics Limited operates outside IR35 via a limited company structure. We hold professional indemnity, public liability, and employers' liability insurance.
What sectors do you specialise in?
Our deepest expertise is in housing and social housing (10+ years), with strong experience in financial services, public sector, and increasingly in mining and metals.
Is there a free trial or pilot period?
For SaaS subscriptions, we offer a discounted first month as a pilot period so you can evaluate the platform with your own data before committing to a full term.
